It's a sad day friends. Jay Reatard passed away in his sleep last night. His real name was Jimmy Lee Lyndsey Jr and he was an amazing musician from Memphis that I really admired and respected. He was only 29. I spent today writing and recording this for him. I feel a little better. Rest in peace reatard.
